Lubega Fahad Juma is a Ugandan entrepreneur, software engineer, and Otolaryngologist. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of **Trendexhub**, the company behind Synapse—a platform that automates Google Business Profile management at scale.
Fahad founded Trendexhub after recognizing a recurring challenge faced by local businesses: despite offering excellent products and services, many struggled to maintain an active digital presence. This insight inspired the creation of Synapse, designed to remove the operational burden of profile management so owners can focus on their craft.
The Medical Practice
Alongside his technology work, Fahad practices as an Otolaryngologist and is the founder of Eritage ENT Care located in Entebbe-Uganda. The specialist-led clinic is dedicated to patient-centered care for ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders.
His work bridges healthcare and technology, driven by a belief that practical innovation can solve everyday problems for both businesses and communities.
